Common questions

How long does setup take?

Filming takes about ten minutes per area. The 3D model is typically ready the same day, and marking problems takes a few minutes per set.

What equipment do we need?

A phone. Any recent phone camera is enough — no LiDAR, no 360 camera, no tripod.

Will it work on our website?

Yes — the viewer is a single iframe embed. It works with Squarespace, Wix, WordPress, and any site or page builder that lets you paste HTML. It also works on mobile and inside in-app browsers.

What does it cost?

We're onboarding a founding cohort of gyms with hands-on setup and locked-in early pricing. Send us a note below and we'll walk you through it.

Do climbers need an account?

No — viewing the gym and browsing problems is open to everyone. Accounts are only needed to log sends, save projects, or contribute videos.

What happens when we reset a wall?

Re-film just that section and publish a new version — the rest of the gym stays as-is, and your problem list carries forward for review.
